Stephanie also represents clients in post-grant proceedings, including inter partes review proceedings and ex parte re-examinations, as well as interferences before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Stephanie’s complementary experience in litigation and prosecution enables her to develop and implement creative, cost-effective litigation strategies for the issues facing her clients. Her litigation experience allows her to prosecute intellectual property applications in a way that strengthens the resulting IP rights for later enforcement. Conversely, Stephanie draws on her prosecution experience to efficiently identify weaknesses in third party intellectual property asserted against her clients.
Conscientious, prepared, persuasive, and passionate, Stephanie takes a personal interest in the clients with whom she works and represents. Stephanie especially enjoys working with smaller to mid-size companies on protecting, managing, and enforcing the technologies that they develop.
Our nine offices are located in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and the District of Columbia, giving us an extensive geographic base to represent clients on a regional, national, and international basis. We frequently serve as national coordinating counsel, regional counsel, and statewide counsel for clients in various industries.
Although we are a large law firm with more than 500 lawyers, our clients still enjoy the personal attention, responsiveness, and deep relationships they would expect from a boutique firm. Our attorneys and staff combine legal experience and knowledge with sophisticated understanding of industries to work side by side with clients and come up with practical, strategic solutions specifically tailored to their businesses and operations. Bradley lawyers use their talents, judgment, work ethic, and experience to go above and beyond expectations to help our clients meet their goals.
The Bradley Intellectual Property Practice Group maintains a national IP practice, with a specific concentration in the Southeast. We offer our depth and breadth of services to a diverse client base, ranging from startups and technology incubators to midsized companies and large multinational corporations. Nearly 100 of our clients are companies listed in the Fortune 500. Our IP services are completely scalable, which makes our attorneys suited to serve as ongoing counsel to help oversee and maintain IP assets or as counsel for one-off matters where success is critical.
We help businesses guard their critical market share and positioning through the acquisition of trademarks, copyrights, and patents. We also provide counsel on issues such as trade secret protection and unfair competition. To help our clients generate the most value out of the intellectual property holdings, our practice provides comprehensive counsel concerning intellectual property development, licensing, and commercialization.
When action is necessary to enforce the IP rights of our clients, our exceptional litigators handle patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and licensing-related litigation before federal, state, appellate, and administrative courts, as well as international forums and tribunals. Many of our attorneys have industry backgrounds and advanced degrees in key technical disciplines, including electrical and mechanical engineering, software and computing, and biochemistry. Our patent lawyers have deep and varied litigation experience in a range of cases, which they combine with their technical industry experience to perform as aggressive advocates for our clients before judges and juries.
Our IP attorneys are at the vanguard of the growing trade secrets field, as advancing technology and connectivity makes it easier than ever to transmit proprietary data. We also maintain a position at the forefront of e-commerce and Internet law, serving as counsel to leading companies in this emerging sector. In addition, we serve as leaders in the inter-sectional area of intellectual property and government contracting.
